Notes

📝 Notes

  • Use Fresh Fruit: Fresh, ripe peaches and plump blueberries give the best flavor and texture for this salad.
  • Peach Prep: Slice peaches just before serving to keep them fresh and prevent browning.
  • Cheese Option: Crumbled feta adds a delicious salty contrast, but goat cheese can also be used for a creamier flavor.
  • Add Crunch: Toss in toasted almonds, pecans, or walnuts for extra texture and nutty flavor.
  • Light Dressing: A simple dressing made with olive oil, honey, and fresh lemon juice complements the sweet fruit perfectly.
  • Fresh Greens: This salad pairs wonderfully with arugula, baby spinach, or mixed greens as a base.
  • Chill Before Serving: Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes so the flavors blend.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day for best freshness.
