Ingredients
  

  • Fresh canned, or frozen green beans (about 4 cups)
  • Cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
  • Milk about 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • French fried onions 1 1/3 cups

Instructions  

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the green beans by draining canned beans or blanching fresh/frozen beans for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the base in a large bowl by combining cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  • Add the green beans and half of the fried onions, stirring until evenly coated.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Add the topping by sprinkling the remaining fried onions on top, then bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
