Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or chicken thighs cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional Seasonings

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper for heat

Instructions  

  • Prepare the Chicken
  • Cut the chicken into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Coat with Oil
  • Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Make the Coating
  • In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bread the Chicken
  • Add the chicken pieces to the breadcrumb mixture and toss until fully coated.
  • Preheat Air Fryer
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Cook the Chicken
  • Arrange chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Serve
  • Remove from the air fryer once golden and crispy. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
