- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion sliced
- 6 hoagie rolls or French rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese

Add the beef to the crockpot
