Ingredients
  

Core Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 8 –10 ounces filtered water
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • Juice of ¼ lemon optional

Optional Add-ins:

  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • A few slices of fresh ginger
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions  

  • Pour the water into a glass or mug.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir in honey or maple syrup if using.
