Easy Spicy Mayo Recipe

This Spicy Mayo is creamy, tangy, and packs just the right amount of heat. Perfect for drizzling on sandwiches, sushi, burgers, or as a dipping sauce for fries.

Ingredients
  

  • Mayonnaise – Use regular or Japanese mayo like Kewpie for extra umami
  • Sriracha – Classic choice but you can swap in other hot sauces
  • Optional add-ins:
  • A squeeze of lime juice for brightness
  • A dash of sesame oil for nuttiness
  • Grated garlic or wasabi for bold flavo

Instructions  

  • Combine mayo and sriracha
  • In a small bowl, mix ½ cup mayo with 1–2 tablespoons of sriracha (depending on how spicy you like it).
  • 2.Add flavor if desired
  • Mix in 1 teaspoon lime juice or ½ teaspoon sesame oil for extra depth.
  • 3.Stir and taste
  • Adjust heat and acidity to your liking. Add more sriracha for a kick or a pinch of sugar to balance it.
  • 4.Chill (optional)
  • Let it rest for 10–15 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.
