Main Ingredients (with measurements): 6 medium flour tortillas 12 –14 oz thinly sliced roast beef 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp garlic powder 1 packet au jus mix or 1 ½ cups beef broth Optional Add-Ins: ½ cup caramelized onions 6 –8 thin jalapeño slices ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese You’ll also need: Baking sheet Parchment paper Small saucepan Quick Ingredient Note: If you don’t have an au jus packet heat 1 ½ cups beef broth with ½ tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of black pepper.
2. Assemble the Roll Ups Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
Place a slice of roast beef and a slice of cheese on each one.
