Notes

📝 Notes

  • Lobster Selection: Use fresh or properly thawed frozen lobster tails for the best texture and flavor.
  • Butterfly Technique: Cut the shell down the center and gently lift the meat on top for even cooking and an elegant presentation.
  • Garlic Butter: Use fresh minced garlic with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon juice for a rich, flavorful sauce.
  • Cooking Method: Broiling or baking works best—cook until the meat is opaque and slightly firm, about 8–12 minutes depending on size.
  • Do Not Overcook: Overcooked lobster becomes tough and rubbery, so keep a close eye while cooking.
  • Extra Flavor: Add paprika, parsley, or a pinch of chili flakes to enhance the garlic butter.
  • Serving Ideas: Serve with lemon wedges, steamed vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; reheat gently to maintain tenderness.
