Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions  

1. Mix the Yogurt Base

  • In a medium bowl combine:
  • Greek yogurt
  • peanut butter
  • honey or maple syrup
  • vanilla extract
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare a Tray

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the bites don’t stick.

3. Portion the Bites

  • Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to drop bite-sized portions of the mixture onto the tray.
  • Leave a little space between each portion.

4. Freeze

  • Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours until the bites are completely firm.

5. Melt Chocolate (Optional)

  • Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

6. Coat the Bites

  • Dip frozen yogurt bites in melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate over the top.
  • Return them to the tray.

7. Freeze Again

  • Freeze for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets.

8. Serve

  • Enjoy straight from the freezer for a creamy frozen snack.
