Ingredients

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

For the Spicy Mayo Dip

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 teaspoons Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice or rice vinegar

Instructions  

Step 1: Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

Step 2: Make the Meatball Mixture

  • In a large bowl, combine ground meat, panko, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
