Notes

📝 Notes

  • Hot Dogs: Use your favorite brand—beef, turkey, or even veggie hot dogs all work great for this spooky snack.
  • Dough: Crescent roll dough or puff pastry both wrap beautifully. Keep it cold so it’s easier to cut and handle.
  • Wrapping Tip: Cut the dough into thin strips for a “mummy bandage” look. Leave a small space for the eyes to peek through!
  • Eyes: Candy eyes, mustard dots, or tiny pieces of black olive all make fun and edible eyes.
  • Serving Tip: Serve warm with ketchup or spicy mustard for dipping. Great for Halloween parties or a themed movie night!
  • Make Ahead: Assemble a few hours in advance, refrigerate, then bake just before serving.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to keep them crispy.
