Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin purée Make sure it’s 100% pure not pumpkin pie filling.
  • Mascarpone cheese For that authentic Italian creaminess.
  • Heavy cream Whipped to soft peaks for lightness.
  • Pumpkin pie spice Or make your own with cinnamon nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • Espresso or strong coffee Cooled for dipping the ladyfingers.
  • Ladyfingers Traditional or soft depending on texture preference.
  • Maple syrup or sugar To sweeten the pumpkin mixture.

Instructions  

  • Whip the Cream Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • Mix the Filling Combine pumpkin purée, mascarpone, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and sweetener.
  • Fold Together Gently fold whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
  • Dip & Layer Quickly dip ladyfingers in cooled espresso and layer in a dish.
  • Repeat Alternate layers of ladyfingers and pumpkin filling.
  • Chill Cover and refrigerate for 6–24 hours.
  • Serve Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon before serving.
