- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree not pie filling
- ½ –1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or brown sugar controls sweetness level
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves
- 1 cup milk of choice steamed or frothed (dairy or non-dairy)
- Whipped cream optional, plus a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for garnish
In a small saucepan, whisk together pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and your sweetener until smooth.
Add milk and gently heat until steaming. Don’t boil.
