Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • ½ –1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or brown sugar controls sweetness level
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves
  • 1 cup milk of choice steamed or frothed (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Whipped cream optional, plus a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions  

  • In a small saucepan, whisk together pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and your sweetener until smooth.
  • Add milk and gently heat until steaming. Don’t boil.
  • Pour espresso into a mug, then add the pumpkin milk mixture.
  • Stir well, top with whipped cream and an extra dash of spice, and enjoy!
