Notes

📝 Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet watermelon and fresh strawberries for the best flavor balance.
  • English cucumbers work well because they are crisp and have fewer seeds.
  • Crumbled feta adds a salty contrast that enhances the sweetness of the fruit.
  • Fresh mint leaves bring a refreshing aroma—slice them thinly for even flavor.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lime or lemon for a light dressing.
  • Add the feta just before serving to keep it from becoming too soft.
  • For extra crunch, sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds or sliced almonds.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 day; stir gently before serving.
